Photoshoot: Classic and Fun Shoot

Image
It is somehow necessary to study the look you and your photographer want to achieve. Personally, I always ask who my models are and what they look so I would know if our theme fits her face. A well-planned photo shoot will give a great output. I like it more when I'm on spotlight because I could try a look I haven't done before. A nyway, our shoot last Saturday was a rush and for the photos. Note: I post-processed my photos. :) Something I do to master Photoshop and Lightroom I know I look very much like a vampire but I like it. :) I did a makeover on  some of my co staffers! Will post individual before-and-after photos as soon as I finished my lab report. :P  Rhona, Viela and Me!  -End-  Thank you for reading :">

A photo shoot was held last wed for the coed page of our school publication. As this term's editor assistant, I would want everything done my way and neat. Anyway, our coed (featured person of the issue) is none other than Mapua Cardinals Night winner Jelik Chua. I did her makeup and hair. Anyway, all photos are raw. I'm not allowed to post processed/edited photos until the release of the issue. Model: Angelique Chua HMUA/Art Director: Jameila Bito-on Photographer: Jude Ricafort Me! :) I had another shoot yesterday. This time, I'm on the spotlight! :) Will post soon!

Coed Photoshoot: October Issue

Image
It had been two issues of not handling the coed  part of the newspaper (girl of the issue) for some "tampo" reasons. Since I will be doing the layout, I decided to once again do the makeup and direct the shoot. My goal is to achieve a doll look on my model Chin . Did i achieved the said look? Oh well, Finals week is over and hello 1 week sleep :) I will be posting some photo tutorial next week. Any suggestion?

EOTD: Plum Smokey

Finally, I'm done with my eye makeup photo tutorial. Remember my post on a photo shoot with aztec theme? (If not click HERE ) I did a smokey eye to cover my eye imperfection. One lid got really bigger than the other. Anyway, I was able to copy some raw photos from Ram Marcelo . I did the editing. Here's the final look. I look very tired though. It was really hot  that day. Moving on to the photo tutorial. 1. Prime your eyes to make the eye shadow last longer. I used my ELF primer . Then put on tape at the side of your eye to achieve a winged look eye makeup. 2. Next, apply NYX eyeliner in "Milk" . 3. For the base, apply a gel liner or cream eye shadow in black. Here I'm using my Fanny Seranno Gel liner in black. 4. Tap over a black eye shadow. Take a crease brush and blend! Do it as neatly as possible. 5. Apply a Plum or reddish color through your crease. Also, apply on your lower lash line. 6. In blending the plum color...

I'm still dead tired from yesterdays photo shoot. I assisted both the photographer and makeup artist. Well, Bad day for me I have, again, my quarterly eye infection - just hate it. Because of that, I did a smokey eye to cover it up. Before anything else, let me introduce to you from left: Chrisna Bobis (Winner of model search), Me, Zielah (Owner of Zielah's) and Reese Ricaborda (Model). Lindsay was MIA (Other model) because she was out with the photographers. Going back, My smokey eye makeup. No one even noticed that my eyes were uneven. Oh yeah!:)   Photographer: Clement Fajardo Post-processing by ME :) Thank you everyone for making the shoot a SUCCESS! To Zielah of Zielah's clothing  and Clement for his support. To Models Reese Ricaborda, Lindsay Chetaud and winner of model search Chrisna Bobbis. To Photographers Kat Nobleza and Ram Marcelo To Makeup artist Albert Tablan
