Maybelline Fit Me Concealer: Your New Go-To for Flawless Coverage ✨

Image
Who doesn’t love a budget-friendly concealer that offers long-lasting coverage? Maybelline’s Fit Me Concealer is quickly gaining attention, even stealing the spotlight from the highly praised LA Girl HD Concealer. Curious why this product is making waves? Keep scrolling for all the details! 😊 The Packaging The Fit Me Concealer comes in a long, slim plastic tube with a doe-foot applicator for easy application. While the packaging is sleek and functional, I find it a bit unhygienic to place the applicator back into the tube after use. However, given that it’s designed for short-term use, lasting about six months or less with regular application, it’s not a major drawback. I got myself Maybelline Fit Me concealer in Sand priced at P 299.00 Coverage and Consistency I chose the shade Sand , which works beautifully as an eye brightener. I typically apply it on top of my foundation, and it effectively diminishes the appearance of my dark circles, making me look more aw...

Maybelline Fit Me Foundation: Your Go-To for Flawless Skin! 💖

Image
Maybelline has extended its sale until January 31, and I've been taking full advantage! Today, I’m excited to share my thoughts on the Maybelline Fit Me Foundation in 125 Nude Beige . After struggling with the L’Oreal Lumi and their new True Match liquid foundation, I needed a product that would cooperate—and this foundation has truly impressed me! Maybelline Claims The MATTE+PORELESS Foundation is designed specifically for normal to oily skin. Here’s what it promises: Mattifies and refines pores Matches your natural tone Provides a natural, seamless finish The Packaging This foundation comes in a sturdy glass bottle but lacks a pump, which can make dispensing a bit tricky. You might end up pouring out more than intended, so be cautious! I like to shake it before opening to ensure I can scoop a good amount from the mouth of the bottle. Coverage and Consistency The consistency is buildable, allowing for a good amount of coverage. However, while it can minimize the...

Maybelline Color Tattoo 24hr Cream Gel Shadow

Image
The search for a long wearing makeup never stops. There are maybe hundreds of brands to choose from but only few can provide that amazing color pay off without fallout and that doubles as base too. Is it really a great product for 24 hours? Of course it is not recommendable to allow makeup to sit on the face for a day. I guess it's meant to last for 24 hours. The Maybelline tattoo eye shadow  is not the "new thing" in the makeup market. Despite the reviews and the great hype for years already, it was just few months ago that I purchased one. First, I have been used to eye powders for too long. Lastly, if I have to make it pigmented I will just apply an eye primer or eye pencil as base. Here is what Maybelline says about their product: “Dare to wear 24HR shadow. • Ink technology creates 24HR wear shadow for our most intense, long-lasting color saturation • Cream formula glides on without creasing and keeps color vibrant • Ophthalmologist-tested.  Safe for se...

Review: Maybelline Hypersharp

Image
For some, eyeliners are essential for creating that dramatic eye look. As for me, I love to do a thick sharp line until I got a comment from a friend of mine that I overdo this whole fashion and makeup thing. Okay, so he doesn't like girls with a pageant makeup and killer heels and I’m so affected - it breaks my heart. haha  Point taken. For a makeup lover, it’s a natural thing to put on that great makeup even if I’m only to grab a few items from the market. I agree that it’s too much for simple activities but it’s also another way of putting your makeup for a road test. He wouldn't understand of course but I understand that he has his preferences. The goal now is to lessen products a little bit. So I started opting for an eyeliner that will create precise wings. Maybelline provided the answer with its Hypersharp Wing Liquid Liner in 0.5g . Long Lasting and Waterproof I love this eyeliner. T he super fine felt tip can do from thin to think lines. P...

2016 Starter Haul ♥

Image
I actually bought the items below last month. Anyway, I'm looking for products that are kind of sweat proof and good under extreme conditions. From my previous post, I mentioned that I do field work now. Most of the time, I get all sweaty from the insufficient ventilation in sewage treatment facilities. It's definitely hot. The products I bought are from Maybelline and Loreal . Loreal released their new liquid foundation and so I bought two shades to test whether they will work great on me or not.  On the other hand, I have been using Maybelline powder foundation for months now. I realized, during field work, my face easily becomes oily. Right now, I'm thinking if I'll try another brand. I'll do in-depth reviews on the products. :) See you soon -End-  Thank you for reading :">

Review: Maybelline Clear Smooth B.B Cream

Image
I have 4 noticeable pimple scars around my nose. It actually troubles me specially when I get to see myself at the mirror. With that, I bought B.B cream or blemish balm from Maybelline . Specifically, it's the Maybelline Clear Smooth BB Cream 8-in-1 Skin Transformer in the shade fresh . Additionally, it has SPF 26. P 209  Product Description Clear smooth BB Cream is a multi-benefit product that combines the benefit product that combines the benefits of skincare, make-up and sun block in a cream. It contains 8 healthy minerals that moisturize and protect skin while giving flawless natural coverage. 8-in-1 Benefits Moisturizes Brightens Clears Refines Conceals Evens Smoothens  Protects The product comes out through a tiny opening of the tube. I agree with the product description that it gives a natural coverage. Well, the product is in liquid and sheer so I would have to expect it to work like a moisturizer. To add, it...

Mini Haul: December 2013

Image
Two more days remaining and our vacation is finally over. I'm still not ready for an academic war. On another note, I got new products to help me out in my face war. Well, I have pimple scars and choppy lips. The scars were caused by everyday makeup and my failure to wash my face. I know exhaustion should not be an excuse but I find it hard to wash after dropping my bag. Because I wanted to hide these scars I opted for a B.B cream. In addition, I also got dry lips issue so I also bought a lip balm. I added Gatsby moving lock spray in my basket. I have been using hair sprays which i found ineffective in creating long lasting curls so I bought this for a road test. I will post reviews on these soon!  -End-  Thank you for reading :">

REVIEW: Maybelline - ExpertWear Eyeshadow Quad 32

Image
Maybelline Quad (P150) .  As part of my Bazaar Haul, i have my Maybelline Quad 32 in Lavendar Fields . This one is on sale because of a little defect seen at the upper left corner of the palette.  The eye shadows are in shimmer.   The colors are really nice. At the back it has instructions on how to get four different looks: subtle, casual, classic and dramatic. I was sort of disappointed on this because it isn't that pigmented. It is very difficult to swatch and blend. Also, I also think that it would work best with a primer because i doubt this will last long.    Same height with a nail polish. EOTD What do you think?
